About Us

ResearchRow, Inc. is a financial technology (Fintech) company founded in San Diego, Ca. in 2017, with the goal of creating a solid and committed community of like-minded stock investors. With over 20 years of stock market experience, we have realized that the current stock forum websites that are available today have not changed much over the years, and can be quite frustrating at times (bashers & pumpers, spam, disorganization, difficulty finding useful content, outdated interface, and so on). We are here to change how investors view and use stock forums.

Community

We wanted to design a stock forum community that rewards sound research, and gives incentives to their members, simultaneously weeding out posts that do not add to the knowledge of our members, all without an administrator of any sort, allowing the members to do the policing.

Organization

We strived to create a tool for each individual member that would allow for proper personalized organizing of thoughts, research, catalysts, and more, in reference to the nearly 4,000 actively traded companies on the major markets (in addition to the 15,000+ stocks that are traded over the counter). We believe that reading excellent information, research that will ultimately guide the future of one's stock, doesn't have much benefit if it is not remembered and noted for future reference. With the amount of information coming in at lightning speed every day, this is a great need.

One-Stop Research

We needed to design an avenue where all of our members could contribute what they know about a particular traded company, and allow for other members to confirm or deny posted information, for the greater good of all of the members. One of these areas we are succeeding in this task is the use of displaying catalysts. These user-posted events can significantly trigger stock movement and determine its potential so its reliability is essential.

Innovation For Today's Market

The list continues and we are constantly rolling out new features to provide a new kind of stock forum community that far outweighs "yesterday's stock forums".

FOR HIS GLORY

We at ResearchRow are believers in the Lord, Jesus Christ. We cannot do any of this without a personal relationship with Him, nor do we want to do it without Him. He guides our every direction and decision within this company. At the end of the day, we pray, though we don't deserve any blessings that He would say,

'...Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much.'

    2. If you are a U.S. Government end user, we are licensing the ResearchRow Service to you as a "Commercial Item" as that term is defined in the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (see 48 C.F.R. § 2.101), and the rights we grant you to the ResearchRow Service are the same as the rights we grant to all others under these Terms.

    1. The Corporation may terminate your account, delete your profile and any User Content that you have posted on the Service and/or prohibit you from using or accessing the Service for any reason, or no reason, at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice.
    2. ResearchRow will not be liable to you or any third party for any claims or damages arising out of any termination or suspension.

  22. Binding Arbitration Agreement, Class Action Waiver & Governing Law

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT EXPLAINS THAT ALL CLAIMS AGAINST US WILL BE BROUGHT ONLY AS AN INDIVDUAL AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION PROCEEDING. YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO OPT-OUT.

    1. You and ResearchRow agree to resolve any claims relating to these Terms through final and binding arbitration by a single (1) arbitrator, except as set forth under "Exceptions" below.
    2. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
    3. This includes disputes arising out of or relating to interpretation or application of this "Binding Arbitration Agreement, Class Action Waiver & Governing Law" section, including its enforceability, revocability, or validity.
    4. You can decline this agreement to arbitrate by sending an email to within thirty (30) days of first registering your account. However, if you agreed to a previous version of these Terms that allowed you to opt-out of arbitration, your previous choice to opt-out or not opt-out remains binding.
    5. The American Arbitration Association (AAA) will administer the arbitration under its Commercial Arbitration Rules and the Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes.
    6. The arbitration will be held in the United States County where you live or work, San Diego County (CA), or any other location we agree upon.
    7. Payment of all filing, administration and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA's rules. If you are an individual and have not accessed or used the Service on behalf of an entity, we will reimburse those fees for claims totaling less than $10,000, unless the arbitrator determines the claims are frivolous.
    8. We will not seek attorneys' fees and costs in arbitration unless the arbitrator determines the claims are frivolous.
    9. No information concerning these Terms or the Binding Arbitration Agreement may be disclosed by any Party to a third-party unless required to do so under any applicable law or by any competent governmental or statutory authority or pursuant to the rules or regulations of any relevant regulatory, administrative or supervisory body (including, without limitation, any relevant stock exchange or securities regulator).

    Exceptions:

    1. Either you or ResearchRow may assert claims, if they qualify, in small claims court in San Diego County, California or any United States county where you live or work.
    2. Either party may bring a lawsuit solely for injunctive relief to stop unauthorized use or abuse of the Services, or intellectual property infringement (for example, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or patent rights) without first engaging in arbitration or the informal dispute-resolution process described above.
    3. If the agreement to arbitrate is found not to apply to you or your claim, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in San Diego County, California to resolve your claim.

  23. Class Action Waiver
    1. You may only resolve disputes with us on an individual basis, and you may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or a class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
    2. Class arbitrations, class actions, private attorney general actions, and consolidation with other arbitrations aren't allowed.
    3. If this specific paragraph is held unenforceable, then the entirety of the "Binding Arbitration Agreement, Class Action Waiver & Governing Law" section will be deemed void.

  24. Governing Law
    1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions, provided that the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of the Binding Arbitration Agreement.
    2. Unless you and ResearchRow agree otherwise, in the event that the Binding Arbitration Agreement is found not applicable to you or a particular Claim (except for small claims court actions), either as a result of your decision to opt-out of the Arbitration Agreement or as a result of a decision by the arbitrator or a court order, you agree that the Claim will be resolved exclusively by a state or federal court located in San Diego County, California.
    3. You and ResearchRow agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within San Diego County, California for the purposes of litigating such Claims.
    4. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
    5. Your use of the Service may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

  25. Indemnity
    1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold the Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their members, managers, directors, officers, agents, contractors, partners and employees, harmless from and against any loss, liability, claim, demand, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from, relating to , or in connection with your use of the Service, your use of any Third-Party Services that are made available by the Service, any Content you post or Content you share on or through the Service or otherwise, your conduct in connection with the Service or with other Users, or any violation of these Terms or of any law, rule, regulation or order, or the rights of any third-party.
    2. This indemnity will survive any termination or discontinuance of use by you of the Service. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree to indemnify and hold the Corporation and its licensors harmless for any improper or illegal use of your account, including the illegal or improper use of your account by someone to whom you have given permission to use your account.
    3. You hereby agree that the Corporation would incur irreparable damage if these Terms were not specifically imposed, and consequently, you agree that the Corporation shall be entitled, without bond, other security, or evidence of damages, to appropriate equitable remedies with respect to breaches of these Terms, in addition to such other remedies as the Corporation may otherwise have available to it under applicable laws.

  26. Entire Agreement
    1. These Terms comprise the entire agreement between you and the Corporation regarding the use of the Service, superseding and extinguishing any prior agreements between you and the Corporation relating to your use of the Service.
    2. The failure of the Corporation to exercise or impose any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision in that or any other instance.
    3. If any provision of these Terms is held null, the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
    4. If any provision of these Terms shall be deemed unlawful, invalid or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
